Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were small but very neat, equipped with a comfy big bed and a TV. The location was excellent for exploring central London, and I loved the lovely reception/bar/restaurant area. However, the room size was a bit small, but considering the central location, I can't really complain.
The hotel rooms are worth the extra cost for one night, even if they were a bit cold and lacked storage space. The location is perfect, just a 3-minute walk from Aldgate tube station with great views overlooking The Gherkin and close to Tower Bridge. Dining options could be better, as the selection is limited and service can feel rushed. However, the lobby areas and bar are modern and inviting, and the showers are excellent. Overall, a convenient and modern hotel with some room for improvement.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were nice and modern but a bit small and lacked some essential amenities like a safe and a proper shower door. The price felt a bit high considering the size and features of the room.
The hotel offers spacious and cleverly designed rooms, always clean and comfortable, with a lovely bathroom. Although the lack of pictures and empty walls made the room feel a bit empty, I really enjoyed the cozy fire on the TV.
The hotel offers clean and modern rooms, though a bit small. With plenty of bars and eateries around, the small room size didn't bother me as I was out most of the time. It was one of the cheapest options available, so I have no complaints. The bathrooms were spacious, but the mattress seemed worn out and could use an update.
The hotel's rooms were small but very well designed, offering full comfort despite the lack of storage space. The warmth of the room made up for its compact size. The location was ideal, close to Tower Bridge and convenient for City meetings. The dining was reasonable, with a healthy breakfast option and good pricing. However, the lack of special dining experiences could be improved. Service was efficient, with welcoming touches like a housekeeping service and a complimentary drink. The hotel's facilities were adequate for a comfortable stay.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel; the rooms were nice and tidy, albeit a bit small for my liking but perfect for one person. The location was excellent, close to many attractions, and the breakfast, although only continental, was satisfactory. However, the rooms were not very soundproof, which was a bit of a downside.
The hotel exceeded my expectations, especially for the price paid. The accessible room provided was modern and perfect for my family. The location was excellent, accessible from Aldgate Underground, making it easy to explore City of Westminster, Tower Bridge, and the Thames. However, the dining experience was a bit chaotic in the lobby, with a shortage of tables and limited variety at slightly high prices.
The hotel is situated in a brilliant location just a minute from Towers of London. It felt safe as a lone traveler and was perfect for enjoying a night out with plenty of pubs, bars, and restaurants nearby. However, it was pretty deserted at night. The rooms, despite needing a bit of a revamp for a more modern feel, were clean, quiet, and overall good. The price for the rooms offered decent value for money.
The hotel is wonderfully close to Tower Bridge and transport links, with small but nicely decorated rooms. However, some practical design flaws like limited bedside space and no area for luggage affect the overall comfort. The comfortable bed and wheelchair-friendly amenities are notable.
The hotel's rooms were bigger than most in central London, which was a pleasant surprise, although they needed to be hoovered due to lots of little flies in the window area. The location was excellent, very close to major attractions like Tower Bridge and The Shard, and the breakfast, while just ok as a continental offering, served its purpose. Overall, a good base for exploring London over a weekend.
